Your Brand Deserves to Be Seen

A social media growth partnership built for a luxury designer who values authenticity, precision, and substance over filler.

We Listened. Here's What We Heard.

From our conversation on April 3rd, these are the challenges holding your brand back.

01

You're Leading Your Own Marketing

Your current manager asks what to post instead of telling you. She sends ideas the night before, asks the same questions about your business repeatedly, and pushed DIY influencer content that doesn't match your brand. You ended up creating all of February's content ideas yourself. That's not a partnership. That's another job.

02

Perfectionism Meets Inconsistency

You don't want filler. Every post should be relevant, authentic, and reflect who you are. But that standard, combined with the burden of doing it yourself, means you post less than once a week. Your audience is engaged (8% engagement rate is excellent), but they're not being fed consistently.

03

Brand Awareness Gap

You went independent 4-5 years ago, and some prospects still don't know you left Sublime Homes. You want recognition in Chicago, Hinsdale, and Southwest Michigan, but your online presence isn't telling that story. In 5 years on Instagram, you've gotten exactly 1 lead from the platform.

04

Your Strongest Differentiators Are Invisible

Your construction background (1 in 10 designers can say that) and Feng Shui certification are genuine competitive advantages. Your website touches on the construction expertise, but your social media doesn't carry that story consistently to the people who need to see it.

"I don't want to post just a post. I want it to be something that's relevant. She would just come up with all these cutesy ideas just to fill the feed. I'm not here for that."

Jackie, April 3 Discovery Call

What Sets You Apart. And Why It Matters Online.

You have advantages most designers can't claim. The challenge is making sure your audience knows it.

Foundation-to-Finish Expertise

You told us that 1 in 10 designers have a construction background. You can draw blueprints, collaborate with builders from the ground up, and spot structural issues before they become expensive problems. For clients building custom homes (your sweet spot), that's not a nice-to-have. It's the reason they choose you over every other designer. Your social media should be telling that story every single week, and right now, it isn't.

Industry avg is 1-3%. Your audience wants more.

The Feng Shui Angle (If You Choose to Lean In)

We ran a competitive keyword analysis and found something worth noting. "Feng Shui interior design" gets 12,100 monthly searches nationally with almost no one competing for it. The top Feng Shui competitor in Chicago has 1 Google review. You already have 40 across your four locations. If this is something you'd like to incorporate into your content strategy, it could become a powerful differentiator over time. It's your call. We'll follow your lead on how prominently to feature it.

Keyword Monthly Volume Competition CPC
feng shui interior design 12,100 Low $1.79
feng shui home design 8,100 Low $0.09
feng shui consultant near me 390 Low $1.95
interior designer chicago 2,400 Medium $6.65
kitchen designer chicago 210 High $12.90

The contrast: Competing for "kitchen designer Chicago" means going up against firms with 40+ reviews and $12.90 cost-per-click. The Feng Shui space is wide open. Whether you decide to lead with it or keep it as a supporting pillar, the data says it's worth considering.

A Partner Who Does the Thinking for You

You shouldn't have to lead your own marketing. That's our job. We bring the strategy, the ideas, the content, and the execution. You approve and focus on what you do best: designing extraordinary spaces.

Here's how this should feel: You open your phone, review 2-3 weeks of planned posts that already sound like you wrote them, tap approve, and go back to your blueprints. We handle the strategy, the ideation, the captions, the hashtag research, the scheduling, and the performance analysis. We study your ICP (empty nesters 55+, entrepreneurs, people who understand the value of quality), your competitors, and your unique positioning so deeply that our content ideas are better than what you'd come up with at midnight after a 14-hour day on a job site. That's the standard we hold ourselves to. No more "what should we post?" No more last-minute scrambles. No more teaching your marketing person about your own business.

What's Included

  • Full Content Strategy and Ideation

We develop the quarterly strategic plan, the monthly content calendar, and every individual post idea. We research your market, study your competitors, understand your ICP, and come to you with fully formed concepts, not questions. Ideation is our responsibility, not yours.

  • 4-6 Posts Per Week

Consistent posting that trains the algorithm and builds momentum. With 150 million pieces of content published on Instagram daily, your audience isn't going to unfollow you for showing up. They're going to forget you if you don't. Every post earns its place. No filler, no fluff, no "Happy Friday" throwaway content. Just strategic, high-quality posts that speak directly to your ideal client.

  • Caption Writing in Your Authentic Voice

Every caption sounds like you wrote it. We never post in third person. We study your voice, your humor, your directness, and your perfectionist eye for detail. Your followers won't know we exist.

  • Content Direction Scripts

We write scripts for the content you capture on-site: walkthroughs, sourcing trips, material selections, plan reviews. We tell you exactly what to shoot, what to say, and when. No elaborate production required. Just your phone and your natural expertise.

  • Deep Competitor and Market Research

We analyze your competitors' social presence, messaging, and positioning so your content stands out. We understand the Chicago, Hinsdale, and SW Michigan luxury design market. We identify gaps in how your competitors are showing up and make sure you fill them.

  • 2-3 Weeks Planned in Advance

No more last-minute post ideas the night before. After the first two weeks of ramp-up, we operate 2-3 weeks ahead, consistently. You always know what's coming and have time to review at your pace.

  • Unlimited Revisions

Every post is approved by you before it goes live. If something doesn't feel right, we revise it. No limits, no extra charges. Your brand is your name. We take that seriously.

  • Weekly Strategy Meetings

During the first 3 months, we meet weekly to align on content, review performance, and refine the strategy. After month 3, we shift to biweekly as trust and rhythm are established.

  • Hashtag and Algorithm Optimization

Targeted hashtag research for the luxury design niche. Algorithm strategy to build a concentrated, loyal following of your ideal clients in Chicago, Hinsdale, and Southwest Michigan. Not vanity numbers. Real people who hire designers like you.

  • Monthly Performance Reporting

Clear, transparent reporting on reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance. We show you what's working, what we're adjusting, and why. No black boxes.

Content Pillars

Four themes that tell your complete story and differentiate you from every other designer in the market.

01

Foundation-to-Finish Expertise

Your construction background is rare. Content that shows your blueprint reviews, structural problem-solving, builder collaboration, and trade coordination. This is the story that makes a custom home client choose you over a designer who only picks finishes.

02

Behind the Build

Process content that showcases how you work: sourcing days, material selections, showroom visits, walkthrough narrations. The real work that happens between concept and completion. Authentic, phone-captured content that your audience connects with more than polished portfolio shots.

03

Project Reveals and Storytelling

Finished spaces with the story behind them. Why you chose that layout. How the client's lifestyle shaped the design. What problems you solved that nobody sees. Kitchens, baths, custom homes, and your specialty projects (restaurants, recovery centers, and the projects you can't talk about yet).

04

Jackie, Unfiltered

Your authentic voice and personality. Industry takes, design philosophy, real talk about the process. If you decide to incorporate Feng Shui insights (energy flow, layout principles, material choices), this is where it would naturally live. Your audience already connects with your vulnerability and humor. We amplify that.

What the Setup Fee Covers

Brand deep-dive and voice profiling, full competitor analysis, ICP research and audience strategy, content pillar development, hashtag research, account optimization, content calendar buildout, and asset library creation from your existing project portfolio. This is the strategic foundation that makes everything else work. Quarterly partners receive this at no additional cost.

Complimentary Bonus: Google Business Profile Management $500+/mo value, included at no additional cost

We noticed you have 4 Google Business Profiles across Chicago, Hinsdale, and St. John, IN, and they're already generating leads for you. This is a service we typically provide as part of our SEO and content channel, but since Google is clearly working for you and you're already investing time managing these profiles, we wanted to include it as part of your partnership at no extra cost:

  • Weekly photo updates across all 4 locations. Fresh project imagery keeps your profiles active and signals to Google that your business is engaged.
  • Automated review requests set up so satisfied clients are prompted to leave a review at the right moment. You're at 40 reviews now. This system compounds over time.
  • Review response management on your behalf. Professional, on-brand replies to every review across all 4 profiles. One less thing on your plate.

From Contract to Content in Days, Not Weeks

We move fast because we do our homework before the kickoff call, not after.

Week 0 — Before the Kickoff Call

Pre-Onboarding Deep Dive

The moment you sign, we send you a detailed onboarding questionnaire covering your brand voice, aesthetic standards, project portfolio, target markets, ideal clients, and content preferences. While you complete that, our team runs a full competitor analysis, content gap assessment, and audience research. We also review every asset you share (project photos, past content, website imagery) so we understand your full visual and creative profile. By the time we get on the kickoff call, we arrive with a draft strategy ready to discuss, not a blank page.

Week 1 — Kickoff and First Drafts

Onboarding Call + First Posts Created

We hold the kickoff call to finalize the strategy, align on content pillars, lock in your voice, and review your approval workflow. By the end of week one, the first batch of posts is drafted, reviewed by you, and ready to go live. If your revisions come back quickly, we can begin posting by the end of week one.

Weeks 2-3 — Building Rhythm

Consistent Posting Begins + Iteration

Posts are going out consistently. We're refining your voice, learning from performance data, and iterating on what resonates. Weekly check-ins keep us aligned. By the end of week three, we're operating 2 weeks ahead on all content.

Month 2-3 — Full Stride

The System is Running

We're 2-3 weeks ahead on all content. The strategy is locked in. Your feed tells a coherent story: construction expertise, luxury project reveals, behind-the-build process, and your authentic personality. The algorithm is being trained. Your audience is growing. You're spending minutes per week on Instagram, not hours. Weekly meetings shift to biweekly after month 3.

We Know Your Industry Inside Out

We exclusively serve the design-build industry. That's not a tagline. It's all we do.

01

Design-Build Specialists

We work with interior designers, custom home builders, and luxury remodelers. We know your sales cycle, your ICP, your industry vocabulary, and what kind of content actually converts in your market. You will never have to explain what a prep kitchen is or why Christopher Peacock matters.

02

We Lead. You Approve.

We bring the strategy, the ideas, the captions, and the direction scripts. You review and approve. That's it. You told us your last manager made you do all the strategic thinking. We're the opposite. We think so you don't have to.

03

First-Person Voice, Always

We never post as a marketing company. Every caption sounds like you. Our clients' followers don't know we exist. That's the point. Your brand is your name. We protect it like our own.

04

Strategy Over Volume

Every post has a purpose. Loyal followers over vanity metrics. Quality over quantity. That's how you attract $175K kitchen clients, not tire kickers outside your price point.

See Our Work. Talk to Our Clients.

These are real design-build professionals we work with. Call them, ask them anything.

Featured in Bold Journey Magazine and Voyage LA. CBE and WOSB certified. Another solo-led studio that balances design work with brand building. We manage their full Instagram strategy, including Reels featuring Tishelle, moodboard reveals, design tips, and international project content. We also planned and produced their most recent Content Day (filmed April 3rd): our team researched and scouted the location, ideated the content concepts, prepared 10 scripts with multiple hooks for filming, and directed the full shot list. All of that creative prep was done by us before cameras rolled. That content will begin posting shortly.

Houzz Best of Design winner (6 years), BBB A+ rated, premium cabinetry lines (DOCA, Wood-Mode, Crystal Cabinets). We manage their full social media strategy with showroom tours, project reveals, and educational content. We recently launched a Reels program for them: our team researched top-performing content from similar accounts in the luxury cabinetry space, identified concepts their team could replicate using their showroom, and wrote all of the scripts so their designer Brittany could film with a local videographer. All of the ideation, concept development, and scripting was done by us. The filming was handled locally, but we directed the creative from start to finish.

Feel free to reach out to any of these clients directly through their Instagram profiles. If you'd prefer a warmer introduction, I'd be happy to connect you over email so you can have a direct conversation.

Let's Build Something Beautiful
